With more than 35 years of combined experience supporting families, Gini and Mari have spent their careers at the intersection of birth, business, and bold female leadership. Together, they have guided thousands of families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum while also mentoring and training the next generation of doulas to step confidently into this work.

Their partnership blends deep-rooted clinical wisdom with entrepreneurial vision. From countless birth rooms to classrooms, workshops, and business strategy sessions, they are passionate about elevating the standard of doula education while promoting sustainability and longevity in a profession that too often burns women out.

They believe that when women are properly supported, prepared, and paid well for their expertise, everyone benefits — families, communities, and the birth industry as a whole.
